Wimbledon: From the public to the court

Have you ever met a person who can't keep it from giving you advices while you're focused on a game or on sport? Who gives you tips, and  is so sure to know how to do it better! Who comments on every point you lose or win, not necessarily hoping to be heard, but just willing to share his point of view with you in such a crucial moment.

Chris Quinn is this kind of person. This Irish supporter was shouting all the time during a friendly match in which Kim Clijsters, a first-class tennis woman and former world champion, was taking part.
"Can you do better?" is usually the question that comes next.  Indeed, instead of ignoring the passionate tennis fan, Kim Clijsters asked him directly if he wanted to try to play against her. Surprisingly, Chris decided to take up the challenge.

So here he stands, the whole public staring at him, hesitating between embarrassment and pride. What an absurd and unbelievable situation, right? But the best part comes after. Since the Wimbledon tournament has a specific dress code (you have to be dressed up exclusively in white), Quinn was constrained to change his blue shorts and casual T-shirt to more adapted clothes. Kim brought him one of her white skirts, and helped him to wear it on.
The commentators were speechless, and have found nothing to say except:  "That's a man...in a skirt...trying to return Kim Clistjers' serve. It's 2017 people."

After attempting to back two of Kim's serves, and succeeding for one of them, our dear Chris left the court, happier than ever. Later, he twitted "Thank you for going easy on me with the serve. You have made me a bigger hero to my 3 daughters who worship you BTW".
Indeed, it is rare to see how interactive tennis can become. And how by an unexpected event, a random man can become more discussed about than the actual champions of the Tournament.
